[The 2026 Agency Employee Benefits Report](https://hubs.ly/Q04ztZ940) was created to change that.  We surveyed 57 agency owners and leaders to better understand how agencies are approaching health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, parental leave, holidays, HR support, and other employee benefits.  The goal isn't to define the "right" benefits package.
